Gambling
At the August 2015 Ordinary Council Meeting, Council resolved to become an 'Alliance Supporter' of the Alliance for Gambling Reform.

Council has a health and wellbeing plan, which for the second time has been incorporated into the broader Council Plan, increasing the focus on improving the health and wellbeing of our community.

Neighbourhood Safer Place - Place of Last Resort
A Neighbourhood Safer Place - Place of Last Resort is somewhere residents can go if all other plans fail during a bushfire.
There are four Neighbourhood Safer Places - Places of Last Resort in the Macedon Ranges; located in Lancefield, Macedon, Riddells Creek and Woodend. For more information, see: Neighbourhood Safer Places
