While we understand that third party apps and online services such as Snap Send Solve, My Council Services, NeatStreets etc are convenient tools for reporting issues, they are not always free for councils to use and we are unable to subscribe to each and every app.
If you do report an issue via one of these apps, we are able to log the report into our customer request system, however without a subscription, our ability to follow up with you to ask for more information or provide an update is limited.
