The Dunolly Move Groove Exercise Program will provide weekly sessions for older people to exercise to a DVD of structured movements to music. The program will include opportunities for social interaction at each weekly session.

The Strength for Life - Central Goldfields program will focus on motivating older people to participate in opportunities to improve physical health or fitness, fun and enjoyment and social connection. A local flyer and video will support people to exercise at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program will include strength-based training sessions at indoor venues and incorporate the use of walking tracks and outdoor exercise stations.
The program will also seek to better understand and remove the barriers to participation.

The ‘Move It Kangaroo Flat’ project will offer a series of eight-week walking or exercise programs for two ability levels, with the aim of these continuing on an ongoing basis, together with exercise physiologist assessments and information and education sessions.
Ganawarra Shire Council
The ‘Gannawarra – Thrive After 65!’ project will expand the existing Living Longer Living Stronger program in Kerang and offer group exercise sessions in nine communities across the shire. The project will facilitate the offering of fitness classes, walking groups, hydrotherapy, strength training and modified activities by local health providers.
Loddon Shire Council
The ‘Move It Loddon’ project will implement the Living Longer Living Stronger progressive strength training program in six locations across the shire and 12 weeks of water aerobics in two locations. Sporting clubs will be offered training to create age-friendly environments and older community members trained to champion the benefits of physical activity.

The ‘Back in the Game – Macedon Ranges’ project will implement the Back in the Game program in two currently under-serviced locations every week. The project will provide Certificate 3 fitness training to enable the program to continue long-term.

The ‘Living Stronger and Getting Connected’ project will implement the existing Living Stronger exercise programs in two new locations across the shire, expand the program in an under serviced location and provide one to one support for isolated individuals to participate in physical activity.

The ‘Modified golf experiences for seniors’ project will offer older people the opportunity to learn or return to golf by playing a modified round of golf every week, with other activities available to encourage participation and social connectedness.

The 'Beyond the Front step' project will undertake capacity building of sport and active recreation providers to facilitate and make available physical activity options for older people across the three local government areas. The project will offer education and taste and test activities and produce a Directory of Activities for older people across the region.
