This project is funded as part of the Black Spot Program to fix dangerous roads. The section of Romsey Road has been flagged by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) as a safety risk. 

Works will include the installation of guard rails, enhancing current drainage and installing audio tactile on the centre line of the road.

Works are due to begin in early May.
