The Council Plan is our strategic direction for the future of the Macedon Ranges Shire. It outlines our key priorities for the next four years, covering the term of the current elected Council, and supports the achievement of the Community Vision through planned objectives and strategies.
The updated Council Plan (Year Three) highlights several actions relating to ongoing priorities for Council that carry over to 2023/24, in addition to year-specific actions such as:
- the development of an updated Reconciliation Action Plan
- a Climate Emergency Response Plan (Cool-ER Changes)
- a new Waste Education Action Plan.
The Council Plan 2021-2031 (Year Three) was adopted by Council on Wednesday 28 June 2023.
