Community feedback sought for Malmsbury Botanic Gardens Master Plan

The Macedon Ranges Shire Council is preparing a masterplan for the Malmsbury Botanic Gardens. The gardens are a heritage-listed 19th century botanic garden, cherished by locals and the wider community and attracting visitors from across the country.

The Master Plan will provide direction for the gardens and identify landscape, infrastructure and management priorities and proposals.

Discussions

A draft plan has been developed following feedback from community consultation and is now available for your comment. View the master plan(PDF, 7MB) and provide any feedback you have via the following channels:

Printed copies of the draft master plan can also be viewed at our customer service centres.

Council will consider and assess all submissions in order to produce the final master plan. The final plan will be presented to Council for adoption.
