Buses, with driver, are available to hire from:

Gisborne Transit (Gisborne Town Service)

Gisborne Transit provides public transport for Gisborne residents between their homes and the Gisborne Train Station on weekday mornings and evenings. Travel on this service is free on presentation of a valid V/Line ticket.

Lancefield, Romsey and Clarkefield bus services

There are three bus routes to connect Lancefield to Kyneton and Sunbury. These services were upgraded in July 2019 to have simpler timetable with more frequent services. Full details are available on the Public Transport Victoria website. Route maps and timetables are linked below.

V/Line Services

V/Line's Barham to Melbourne (via Heathcote) bus service passes through Lancefield and Romsey each day. Services must be booked. For further information, visit V/Line

Melbourne Airport services

The Bendigo Airport Service runs through the Macedon Ranges on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Bookings are essential. For more information and timetables, visit the Bendigo Airport Service website.

School buses

Visit the Public Transport Victoria website or contact the school your child attends for further information. 

Woodend Bus Service

Operated by Public Transport Victoria, passengers can book a trip from anywhere within the service area either to or from Woodend Station, Brooke Street Medical Centre, St Ambrose Parish Primary School, Woodend CFA, Woodend Shopping Centre, Woodend Community Centre, Norma Richardson Hall, and Brewster Street.
