Join the Community Register

The Macedon Ranges Community Register is a free service offered to residents of Macedon Ranges Shire who are frail, aged, or living with a disability that would benefit from a phone call which monitors their health and wellbeing.

Community Meals

Community meals are available to residents of Macedon Ranges who have been assessed as nutritionally at risk and are unable to prepare regular meals, people who are eligible can include older people, as well as people with disabilities and their carers.

Home care services

Home and Community Care (HACC) services include domestic assistance, meals, personal care, and shopping assistance.
