We provide a range of services designed to support you, or the person you care for, to stay active and independent and living at home for as long as possible. In-home assistance is aimed at maintaining a safe, secure, healthy home environment that enables frail aged and people with a disability to live independently.
Services provided are domestic assistance, meals, personal care, and shopping assistance.
Our carers will work with you to do a range of household tasks to keep your home clean and safe.
Our carers can travel with you and help with general needs such as shopping, banking, and paying bills.
We can provide vouchers to help with the cost of general home maintenance such as lawn mowing, cleaning gutters, and wood chopping. Help with the cost to small home modifications can also be given.
Our carers will work with you to manage personal tasks including having a shower safely or help getting dressed.
We provide a variety of respite services to older people and people with a disability and their carers, to help them remain living at home and in their community with safety, dignity, and an acceptable quality of life.
Home support volunteers play a vital role in our community. For information about becoming a volunteer, see: Volunteers.
