Cooking at home

Our community connection workers will help you to prepare meals at home by helping you with basic food preparation, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.

If you would like to find out more, contact Stephanie Vassilios on (03) 5422 0333.

Casserole Club

Casserole Club is a free community food-sharing initiative where volunteer cooks provide an extra portion of a home cooked meal to a neighbour (diner) who is older or lives alone.

Cooks undergo police and food safety checks, may participate as often as they like and can opt out at any time.

If you live in the Macedon Ranges Shire and would like to get involved as a Cook or Diner, call (03) 5422 0333 or email casseroleclub@mrsc.vic.gov.au

You can also sign up to the Casserole Club eNewsletter to stay up-to-date with the latest news.
