Excellence in Agribusiness

Businesses that grow or manufacture local produce and/or service the agricultural industry e.g. fruit, meat, livestock, wool, olives, wine, beer & other food related products. 

Excellence in Customer Service

Businesses that provide a genuine customer service experience.

Excellence in Health and Wellbeing

Businesses that offer personal services e.g. masseurs, naturopaths, osteopaths and chiropractors, acupuncture, counsellors.

Excellence in Hospitality

Businesses that excel in hospitality e.g. restaurants, cafes, hotels, conference centres and cellar doors.

Excellence in New Business

A business that has been in operation for three years or less.

Excellence in Professional Services

Businesses that excel in offering a high quality professional services e.g. medical, financial, legal, graphic and web designers, marketing and public relations.

Excellence in Retail

Businesses that provide an excellent retail experience servicing the local area and beyond (including online businesses).

Excellence in Tourism

Experiences that enhance the profile and appeal of the region by increasing visitation e.g. accommodation, attractions, events and festivals, markets and cellar doors.

Excellence in Trades, Construction and Manufacturing

Businesses that provide a quality service in the trades and industrial sectors e.g. automotive, electrical, builders, manufacturing and/or development of a product that may service a larger industry/business.

The Not for Profit / Public Sector Award

To acknowledge outstanding achievement from organisations and groups that provide a service with broad community benefit.

Trainee/Apprentice of the Year

A trainee or apprentice working in a business who exhibits consistently high levels of customer service and knowledge of their particular industry/trade.
