Lodge an appeal

Overview

If you are an applicant or have objected to a planning permit application and you don’t agree with the final outcome, you can lodge an appeal with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) to review the decision.

Objectors

If you are an objector, you must have submitted an objection to the original permit application when it was lodged with us and you must:
