Local Laws permit fees
General Permit Application fees are payable at the time of lodging the application. They include the issue of a permit and are non-refundable.
At a minimum, applications should be submitted six weeks prior to the event taking place. Every application should include a copy of current public liability insurance to the value of $10 million, the location(s) the event is proposed to take place, and the actual dates and times. You should also include approval letters from any surrounding outlets that may be affected.
Excess Animal Keeping Permits are renewable annually by 31 July, while Domestic Animal Business Registrations are payable alongside animal registrations by 10 April annually, and Roadside Trading (Street Furniture) Permits are renewable annually by 31 August.
